I like that it's very small, powerful, cute and high-fashioned. However, I thought it's dual voltages. There is one review above that made me misunderstood. So I'm upset about this. As I cannot use it in Thailand (240 voltage) I can use only in US. I plan to use it when I go to gym. I don't like using the gym's hair dryer. I like that it has cold shot and it works only just with softly touch & holding the button. It's very light weight & tourmaline Ionic which make my hair beautiful & shining. It only disappoint me that it cannot use with 240 voltage even with any transformer (the instruction says don't use transformer). It's a pity that why don't they make it a dual-voltages one. If they make it a dual-voltages one, this product will be the best ever.

I actually ordered a slightly different BaByliss compact hair drier, but this one came instead. The review for the other one said it reduced frizziness; the description of this one does not say that, but says it dries hair "faster." It does not dry my hair any faster than my last hair drier did, but it does leave my hair much silkier. My hair isn't particularly frizzy in the first place, but I still see a big difference.
The operating instructions that came with this drier say: "WARNING. THIS APPLIANCE IS DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY FOR USE BY LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS." What pretentious nonsense -- it is as easy to use as any other hair drier. It operates exactly the same way.
