Customer Review

I was looking for a compact travel dryer to keep at work for those days when I have to leave the house before my hair is completely dry. Torn between this and a dual voltage/international dryer, I went with the Revlon based on my positive experiences with their products in the past. Great decision! When I opened the box, I got quite the pleasant surprise--this dryer has a dual voltage switch (it can operate on US-standard 110V or 220V systems, which you find in most of Europe and throughout the world). I hadn't seen anything about this feature on the product page, so I wanted to get the word out for anyone considering this dryer. It's powerful for a compact/travel dryer with 1875W and it dries my heavy hair impressively quickly. This dryer has suited my needs perfectly; I highly recommend it!!

Watch out - could be dangerous! - Delbelle - San Francisco, CA United States
I don't need to have the dyer on very long to style my short hair. I noticed right away that this dryer, on the regular setting, became VERY HOT and burning to my scalp. I've never had a dryer that felt so hot on my hands either. Was concerned about this, but if you use the other (low) setting, it is just barely warm. After a month, the dryer would really overheat after about 8 minutes and either suddenly switch to the low setting or turn off. I've never had a dryer that became so very hot as this one, so am on my way to buy another. The fact that the plastic became so hot to the touch after a mere 8 minutes had me worried that it may become dangerous at some point. Not worth the chance so in the trash it goes. Be very wary of the intense heat on your hair & scalp, as well as the unit turning off after just minutes of use.

Don't bother - Save your money - annie - LA
I bought this dryer to bring on an overseas trip -- used it once at home to try it and I'm glad I did. Save your money -- don't buy this dryer unless you want to be extremely disappointed. I have used travel dryers in the past, but this one is worthless.
